NORDIC LISTED LEADERS TICKET TERMS

1. PURCHASE OF TICKETS AND TICKET POLICY

1.1 Members can purchase tickets to Nordic Listed Leaders Gala through the online ticket store accessible via Nordic Listed Leaders website (e.g., Stripe billing). Please note that the purchased ticket is personal and may require a separate application to be valid (see next section 1.2). If the ticket is transferred to another person, they must meet the specified criteria of Nordic Listed Leaders membership. However, please note that the purchased ticket must be transferred to another member at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled Nordic Listed Leaders Gala for which the ticket was purchased.

1.2 Please note that certain tickets (e.g., sponsor tickets being handled separately) are granted and made available at the sole discretion of Nordic Listed Leaders and might be against an accepted application.

1.3 Any discounted tickets are valid only in combination with and/or in conjunction with an authorised identification qualifying for the discount, which must be presented upon request. If such verification is not provided, the purchased ticket may be invalid, and the person may not be granted access to the Nordic Listed Leaders annual gala.

1.4 Ticket prices and fees

The ticket price list is made available on the Nordic Listed Leaders website. The applicable ticket price shown on Nordic Listed Leaders does not include VAT, which will be added on top of the listed price. There are no other charges.

2. CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Nordic Listed Leaders accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of substitution, alteration, cancellation, rescheduling, or postponement of Nordic Listed Leaders. In the case of an unforeseen or exceptional incident, restriction, or another circumstance likely having an effect on Nordic Listed Leaders, Nordic Listed Leaders reserves the right to make changes to the dates and times for all parts of Nordic Listed Leaders. In case of cancellation or rescheduling any Nordic Listed Leaders Gala for a new date and/or time, Nordic Listed Leaders may, at its sole discretion, transfer the ticket(s) to be valid on such a new date and/or time, or reimburse costs related to Nordic Listed Leaders and paid by the Member to Nordic Listed Leaders (e.g., purchased ticket and other similar costs) upon the Member's request within a reasonable time limit specified by Nordic Listed Leaders on a case-by-case basis. After such a reasonable time limit without the Member having contacted Nordic Listed Leaders about the reimbursement, which shall be at least thirty (30) days, has expired, Nordic Listed Leaders will not be liable for any refund or reimbursement. For the avoidance of doubt, Nordic Listed Leaders reserves the right to make changes to Nordic Listed Leaders and related schedules. Please note that while speakers and topics may be confirmed throughout the year, circumstances beyond the control of Nordic Listed Leaders may necessitate substitutions, alterations, or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, Nordic Listed Leaders reserves the right to change and/or modify the advertised schedule and lineup of speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to the User whatsoever. Any substitutions or adjustments to the foregoing will be updated on Nordic Listed Leaders channels as soon as possible.

3. FORCE MAJEURE

Nordic Listed Leaders will not be liable to the Member for any breach, omission, delay, or non-performance of its obligations in any event of Force Majeure. Force Majeure shall mean any event mentioned below or any other event, impediment, or circumstance occurring within or affecting Nordic Listed Leaders, which: (i) is not within reasonable control of Nordic Listed Leaders; (ii) could not reasonably have been avoided or overcome without unreasonable expense and/or loss of time to Nordic Listed Leaders; and (iii) is not attributable to Nordic Listed Leaders. If such a Force Majeure Event results in delay or non-performance of Nordic Listed Leaders  for a period of sixty (60) days or longer, then Nordic Listed Leaders will, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, have the right to cancel Nordic Listed Leaders Gala without liability towards the Members. For the purposes of these Terms, examples of “Force Majeure Events” include, but are not limited to, the following events and circumstances: (i) any act of war (whether declared or undeclared), invasion, hostilities, armed conflict, armed attack, or act of foreign enemy, blockage, embargo, revolution, riot, insurrection, civil commotion, act of terrorism or sabotage; (ii) hybrid warfare or hybrid influencing activities by state or non-state actors; (iii) cyberattacks; (iv) act of authority whether lawful or unlawful, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation, or direction, curfew restriction, expropriation, compulsory acquisition, seizure of works, nationalisation; (v) strikes or go-slows and lockouts that are widespread or nationwide; (vi) natural events including but not limited to lightning, fire, earthquake, flood, storm, ice, cyclone, typhoon, or tornado; and epidemic or other outbreaks of diseases; or (vii) radioactive contamination, ionising radiation, explosion, or chemical contamination; or (viii) sanctions, restrictions, prohibitions, disturbances, or interruptions or other circumstances materially restricting air travel or other forms of international travel. A Force Majeure Event suffered by a subcontractor of Nordic Listed Leaders shall also discharge Nordic Listed Leaders from liability if subcontracting from another source cannot be made without unreasonable costs or a significant delay.
