NORDIC LISTED LEADERS MEMBERSHIP TERMS
1. General
Nordic Listed Leaders ("NLL") is a networking platform that connects leading business executives, experts, and innovators in the Nordic region. Membership in NLL provides access to a unique community for sharing knowledge, learning new skills, and creating valuable collaborations.
2. Membership Application
Individuals holding leadership positions in publicly listed companies in the Nordics are eligible to apply for membership. Applications must be submitted through the NLL website, and the application committee reviews them on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decide on admissions, removals, or to decline membership based on criteria specified on our website, which are subject to change. Previous membership does not guarantee re-admission if criteria are not met.
3. Membership Fees
The annual membership fee is determined yearly and must be paid to activate the membership. Membership is invoiced annually at the time of joining. If a new billing cycle begins, membership automatically continues and cannot be cancelled. The amount of the fee will be communicated to members annually. Membership fees are non-refundable.
4. Member Rights and Responsibilities
Rights:
Access to NLL events and seminars, excluding galas.
Opportunities to participate in online events such as roundtables and webinars.
Access to a members-only networking platform.
Membership guidelines:
Promote a positive and professional atmosphere within the community.
At Nordic Listed Leaders, we are deeply committed to cultivating a community that is welcoming, inclusive, and empowering for all its members. We want to create a space where everyone can engage without fear of discrimination or harassment.
5. Termination of Membership
A member may terminate their membership by submitting a written notice to the application committee. Membership ends when the 12-month billing period concludes.Termination requests must be made at least one day before the renewal date. NLL reserves the right to terminate membership if a member violates the membership guidelines.
6. Changes to Terms
NLL reserves the right to make changes to the membership terms. Members will be notified of any changes at least one month before they take effect.
7. Acceptance and Confirmation
Applying for membership and paying the membership fee is considered as the member's acceptance of these terms. Members commit to adhere to the NLL membership terms and other community rules.
Gala Event and Ticket Purchase Terms
8. Gala Events
NLL organises exclusive gala events for its members. These events are opportunities for networking, celebrating achievements, and recognizing excellence within the community. Gala events are considered separate events and require an additional fee for attendance.
9. Gala Ticket Purchase
Availability: Tickets to gala events are available on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited availability. NLL members have priority in purchasing tickets.
Purchase: Members can purchase tickets through the NLL website. Details regarding the event and ticket prices will be provided prior to the sale date.
Cancellation and Refund: If a member is unable to attend a gala event, they must notify NLL at least 30 days before the event to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.
Members of the executive teams and boards of publicly traded companies, as well as sponsors of the event, can participate in the gala.
10. Code of Conduct at Events
Members are expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism and conduct at all NLL events, including gala events. NLL reserves the right to revoke event access or membership for behaviour that is deemed unprofessional or disruptive.
